Marcella Dalsey

Executive Director

Marcella Dalsey is a native of Southern New Jersey whose passionate 30-year commitment to champion the causes of those less fortunate is trumped only by her role as a mother of four.

Marcy began her career at the age of 20 as a young entrepreneur in real estate investment. It was not long before she discovered that her real desire was to help those in need. She used her professional experiences to develop long-term partnerships throughout the South Jersey region to benefit her non-profit partners. These partnerships include charitable work with the Food Bank of South Jersey, Volunteers of America Delaware Valley, El Centro, Cooper University Hospital, the Haddonfield and Camden New Jersey public school systems, the Community Resource Warehouse of Camden (for which she was a founding board member), the Boys & Girls Club of Camden County, and the Camden Charter School Network.
